  • Updated 2nd June 2025

I landed a backflip on a trampoline last month, which has been a dream of mine for a long time. I hesitated working on it because of fear, but in May I did it! I’ve been filming a lot of videos for my YouTube channel, and next week I’ll start releasing them.

Goals I’m working on right now:

    7 figure business

    Landing a standing backflip

  • Hey! I’m Sarah.

I set goals to feel alive.

    Sweaty palms.
    Racing heart.

    Can’t think of anything else.

Combining my background in Psychology with my training as a High Performance Coach, I help ambitious entrepreneurs, creatives and athletes achieve their goals.

l created this blog to share behind-the-scenes of my own goals and help you push your limits. I'm creating what I wish existed for me to consume.

People often ask if I’ll climb Mt Everest like my parents did in the 90's (as depicted in the 2015 film, Everest).

While I’ve done a little bit of mountaineering (Kilimanjaro in 2011 and Everest Base Camp in 2007) what most people don’t know is that my late dad was also an entrepreneur. I feel most connected to him through our shared love of entrepreneurship and attempting the impossible in all areas of life.

I Still Adore Flying

pexels-vitor-almeida-1840142.jpg

About 18 months ago, I overcame my fear of flying using the power of identity. Since then, I’ve taken over 20 flights and this week, I took another two.

And I thought I would share today that I still adore it.

Even more than I adore it, I adore that I adore flying – because for more than 10 years I was terrified of it, and taken even a short flight was a miserable experience.

If you haven’t seen my video on how I overcame my fear of flying, you can watch it here.

In the meantime, you can find me celebrating 18 months of fearlessness, by eating a little packet of peanuts and drinking tomato juice from a plastic cup, at 31,000 feet.

Refining Life

pexels-cottonbro-4659703.jpg

With all of my clients, I’ve been working on refining.

Refining schedules.

Refining priorities.

Refining it all down to what really matters.

I am of course, my own client and I’m the one who I do all of my experiments on.

So as I refine further and further, I ask myself the question – what actually adds value?

Does this blog add value? This blog I’ve been writing from 600+ days – is it truly valuable?

I think even if a million people found it valuable, it would still be a question of if I find it valuable to write it.

Today, the answer is yes.

Time Management is Honouring Your Decisions

saffu-E4kKGI4oGaU-unsplash.jpg

There are two aspects to time management:

  1. Deciding when you’ll do something

  2. Honouring your decision by actually doing it then

When I first heard this idea, I was blown away. It can’t be that simple, can it?

Then I tried it. It really is.

It comes back to the idea that is always on my mind, the secret to the entire universe: Getting yourself to do the things you said you’d do.

Good Girls Don’t Make Money

antonino-visalli-RNiBLy7aHck-unsplash.jpg

Boys get asked all the time how they plan to create money, but girls don’t.

Men are expected to maximize their earnings to provide care for others.

Women are expected to minimize their earnings to provide care for others.

If a man earns a lot he’s providing for his family, but if a woman earns a lot she’s neglecting her family.

How messed up is that?

Girls are taught right from the get-go to only want “just enough” to help others.

As if wanting more money would somehow stop us from helping others.

What if we stopped teaching girls they should aim for “just enough” money?

How might the world change?

How might women have more choices?

How might we be able to help others even more?

Creating money requires you to put value into the world.

And when women don’t get the opportunity to create millions of dollars of value the way men do, the entire world is worse off.

So we have got to stop pretending that money doesn’t matter to us.

As if we’ve never been too nervous to look at our bank balance, or stayed in a soul-draining job because we don’t have savings, or stayed in an unhealthy relationship because he pays the bills.

Money matters.

It matters that women create lots of it.

Not just enough – more than enough.

An abundance of it.

I’m on a mission to end money shame and get a truckload of money into the hands of phenomenal women changing the world.

Let’s start by deciding that we’re all allowed to create hundreds and thousands and millions and billions of dollars.

And not only does that not make us bad or greedy or selfish, it actually makes us helpful and compassionate for adding that many dollars of value to the world.

You coming?

Should You Cold Message People to Achieve Your Goals?

stephen-phillips-hostreviews-co-uk-3Mhgvrk4tjM-unsplash.jpg

I’ve been getting some really good questions about cold messaging people to hit your goals.

Times to cold message people:

  • To connect with them

  • To ask them for help/advice

  • To ask them a question

  • To give appreciation/praise

  • To share an idea

  • To ask for a book foreword or a podcast interview

Times not to cold message people:

  • To sell them something

It’s totally okay if you’ve done this in the past – I was taught to do this too!

But doesn’t it just feel so much better (and a lot less work) to let people come to YOU?

Here’s what to do to sell your stuff instead of cold messaging people:

Invite people from neutral, public spaces (supermarkets, coffee shops, networking events, Facebook Groups) to come to your space (your house, your newsletter, your Instagram profile, your email list) and offer them your product/service there, instead.

Your Goal is So Much Closer Than You Think

joshua-fuller-EQidPq78Jqk-unsplash.jpg

Our goals only take as long as we let them take.

It's our timeframe expectations that hold us back from taking wild, creative, no-one-else-would-do-this action.

Because if you HAD to achieve your goal in 24 hours – if everything was on the line – you'd do it.

You know you would.

You'd find a solution even if that meant doing something incredibly uncomfortable.

What if you truly believed you could sign a client today?

What if you truly believed you could get a book deal today?

What if you truly believed you could make money in your new business today?

How would that change how you show up today?

Love Yourself Even When

fadi-xd-I4dR572y7l0-unsplash.jpg

It's easy to feel good about a goal you haven't started yet.

Because you haven’t had to take any action or feel any disappointment.

The real challenge is to love yourself the entire way through the middle and out the other side.
