  • Updated 2nd June 2025

I landed a backflip on a trampoline last month, which has been a dream of mine for a long time. I hesitated working on it because of fear, but in May I did it! I’ve been filming a lot of videos for my YouTube channel, and next week I’ll start releasing them.

Goals I’m working on right now:

    7 figure business

    Landing a standing backflip

  • Hey! I’m Sarah.

I set goals to feel alive.

    Sweaty palms.
    Racing heart.

    Can’t think of anything else.

Combining my background in Psychology with my training as a High Performance Coach, I help ambitious entrepreneurs, creatives and athletes achieve their goals.

l created this blog to share behind-the-scenes of my own goals and help you push your limits. I'm creating what I wish existed for me to consume.

People often ask if I’ll climb Mt Everest like my parents did in the 90's (as depicted in the 2015 film, Everest).

While I’ve done a little bit of mountaineering (Kilimanjaro in 2011 and Everest Base Camp in 2007) what most people don’t know is that my late dad was also an entrepreneur. I feel most connected to him through our shared love of entrepreneurship and attempting the impossible in all areas of life.

Everything I Have Learned in the Past Two Weeks

IMG_0824.JPG

The last two weeks have brought me 3 new clients, 2 new YouTube videos, several new friends, and a LOT of progress.

I feel a monumental shift happening.

I wrote this list for myself privately, just to make sure I won’t forget anything I’ve learned, but it just feels too good not to share.

  • Deciding that everything I desire is HERE. It’s not even “coming” or “on it’s way". It’s here. I just have to wait to see it. Like when you work for your employer, and you know they are going to pay you. The money is HERE. It exists. It belongs to you by law. Now I just have to wait to see it. Same with any goal. Do the work & it is already yours.

  • Choosing to live in the breakthrough. Small or big. And then sharing my breakthroughs for others to benefit from too. Because that’s where I get the most benefit from others – when they share their biggest breakthroughs.

  • Showing up in the right energy makes a much bigger impact on myself and others than purely just showing up. I’m learning to align with the right energy before I show up every day.

  • Deciding that I am ready right now. I don’t need anything else to change. I have everything I need to achieve my goals, right in this moment. So get to work!

  • Saying “no” only when I LOVE my reasons for saying no. Saying “yes” only when I LOVE my reasons for saying yes. If I don’t love my reasons, question my decisions.

  • Choosing to be detached from NEEDING my goals to happen. Sometimes my brain turns the feeling of deeply desiring something into the idea that I NEED it. It’s not true. I don’t NEED anything to happen. So now that I no longer need them to happen, I can step back and breathe, and take action from a detached place.

  • Slowing things down a LOT. Not trying to do all the things all the time. The world will go on if I don’t post on Instagram for a few weeks.

  • Deciding that I have the magic pill already. I’m guilty of trying to find a magic pill that will fix all my problems. So what if I just decided that the thing I have IS the magic pill? The book I’m reading, the movie I’m watching, the coach I’m working with, the program I joined. If I truly believed I had the magic pill in my possession, how would I show up differently?

What recent breakthroughs of your own would you add to this list?

Our Brains Need Toddler Supervision

IMG_1909.jpeg

Our brains are like toddlers. They need supervision and direction. They’ll do what they’re told but sometimes not without kicking and screaming. We have to learn to manage our brain like it’s a toddler. Know that it won’t always behave, and learn to love it anyway. Tomorrow will be better.

How to be Consistent

IMG_1904.jpeg

If I could tell my past self anything, here’s what I would say:⁣

Choose one thing that will move you closer to your goal, and do it every single day. ⁣

No matter what. ⁣

On weekends. ⁣

On Christmas. ⁣

On your birthday. ⁣

Do it even when you don’t feel like it. Especially when you don’t feel like it.

3x a week isn’t enough. If it was, you’d be there by now. ⁣

Do it every. single. day.⁣

Your life will transform.⁣

Planning My Day With Rocks & Sand

Adjustments.jpeg

I’ve been working with my coach on being more productive during my day, and I’ve implemented this new way to prioritize my to-do list:

Rocks = big tasks that need to be prioritized

Sand = small tasks that can be done when there are a few minutes of downtime between doing the rocks

So each day, I’ve been setting my to-do list up with rocks and sand. That way, I know I need to hit as much on the rocks list as I can BEFORE I fluff around doing the sand.

Have you tried this technique before? Let me know in the comments!

Being Future Me

beel-coor-1AIHIjtuNCI-unsplash.jpg

This week, I've been sitting in the fear of whether or not to book a photoshoot.

I've been wanting one for my brand for ages, but the last one I did was a. freaking. disaster.

When I got the photos back I cried.

They were so different from the beautiful photos on the photographer's Instagram that I actually googled him to see if he was a scam, just uploading other people's images, pretending they were his.

Turns out he was legit, he just didn't put in much effort into my shoot

I was super gutted.

It put me off wanting to invest in myself again.

But I wish I had. I wish I’d gotten straight back up on the horse.

I should have booked a new shoot immediately.

I was taking action from my current self. The one who was scared it would turn out badly again. So I didn’t.

But the only way to get from A to B is to BE the person at B right now.

This is what I'm working on every single day with my mindset: taking action from what my future, more successful self would do.

So today I bit the bullet I and paid for the shoot. Even though I’m scared. Because future me would do it.

And I want to be her SO bad.

Start making decisions from your future self, and one day you’ll wake up and realize you have everything you ever wanted.

And Both

Adjustments.jpeg

What if it wasn’t either/or?

What if it was and/both?

What if you could have financial security AND take a leap with your dream?

What if you could have a boyfriend AND go out with the girls on the weekend?

What if you could have your career AND stay at home with the kids?

It’s and/both. It always is. We just have to open ourselves up to possiblity.

A Snippet From My Journal

Adjustments.jpeg
Adjustments.jpeg

Today I thought I would share something from my journal with you, since I’ve been journaling a TON recently and there is so much good content in there. Usually people keep their journals private, but can you imagine if we could read the journals of people we are inspired by, like Oprah, Michael Jordan or Steve Jobs?

I bet there are people out there who would do ANYTHING to read their actual thoughts.

Here’s a collection of my thoughts from the past few days. I hope they inspire you to journal your own thoughts.
