  • Updated 2nd June 2025

I landed a backflip on a trampoline last month, which has been a dream of mine for a long time. I hesitated working on it because of fear, but in May I did it! I’ve been filming a lot of videos for my YouTube channel, and next week I’ll start releasing them.

Goals I’m working on right now:

    7 figure business

    Landing a standing backflip

  • Hey! I’m Sarah.

I set goals to feel alive.

    Sweaty palms.
    Racing heart.

    Can’t think of anything else.

Combining my background in Psychology with my training as a High Performance Coach, I help ambitious entrepreneurs, creatives and athletes achieve their goals.

l created this blog to share behind-the-scenes of my own goals and help you push your limits. I'm creating what I wish existed for me to consume.

People often ask if I’ll climb Mt Everest like my parents did in the 90's (as depicted in the 2015 film, Everest).

While I’ve done a little bit of mountaineering (Kilimanjaro in 2011 and Everest Base Camp in 2007) what most people don’t know is that my late dad was also an entrepreneur. I feel most connected to him through our shared love of entrepreneurship and attempting the impossible in all areas of life.

How to Commit to Your Goals

I’m back! It’s been a few months since I posted on YouTube but one of my top June goals is to put out a YouTube video every single week, so here's my first one!

I also want to note that even though this video is FAR from perfect, it still took three different occasions on three separate days to film because people in my house kept coming home and needed to use the space I was in haha!

I'm saying that because I wish the content creators I watch talked about how long it took them/how many fails they had – I always just assume they are perfect from the get-go.

Subscribe and click the bell if you want to get a notification when I put out next week’s post!

How to change your beliefs

Enjoy this livestream I did on how to change your beliefs!

P.S. I’m not sure why the audio & video are out of sync, but it only lasts for the first minute, so you can jump forward to 1 minute mark if you like.

March Goals + February Review

You know when your vision is at a Michaelangelo level, but your skills are at a kindergarden level? That’s what this vlog felt like to me! I almost didn’t upload it because it’s so far from perfect, but then I realised that perfection isn’t the point, the point is to share my goals! One of my 2020 goals is to put out a video every week, and practice makes perfect – so eventually I hope to put out Michaelangelo level vlogs (I feel like he would definitely be a vlogger if he were here in 2020).

My March Goals:

  1. I will easily join a gym and go weekly by 31st March 2020.

  2. I will easily hit 60 push ups by 31st March 2020.

  3. I will easily speak/do a talk in public by 31st March 2020.

  4. I will easily begin Windmill training by 31st March 2020.

  5. I will easily take 10x high quality images for my blog by 31st March 2020.

Let me know what your March goals are in the comments!

Tear Up Your Bucket List

There’s a hole in your bucket.

In theory, a Bucket List sounds like a great idea: before you die, you complete a list of all the things you’ve ever dreamed of experiencing.

Except it has one major flaw: time.

In this video, I share why I don’t have a bucket list and why you should tear yours up!

My Biggest Learning Lesson of 2019

2019 was the run-up I needed to make 2020 totally BOSS.

Today I’ve got a video for you guys! If you read my 2020 Goals Post you’ll know it’s one of my goals to put one out every week – and I’m super stoked I did it today (procrastination takes me down the hardest when it comes to creating video content because I USED to believe (changing my mindset on this) that it was a lot of work. Now I’ve chosen to believe it’s effortless for me to create video content. New mantra: I create videos with ease!

This video is all about the thing that changed my life in 2019, and has now become my motto.

P.S. Thank you to all my subscribers! <3 I’ve reached 351, which is actually SO many if you think about it (Can you imagine if you all came to my house?! You wouldn’t fit!). I am so grateful for every individual subscriber and every view. Your time is precious so thank you for spending it on my content. I hope to serve you as best as I possibly can, so let me know what video you want to see next.

100 Push Ups Vlog

Beginning My 100 Push Ups Challenge Vlog

Hey guys, I’m super excited to share my ‘Beginning My 100 Push Ups Challenge’ vlog! I’ve been getting told I need to create one of these for a while, so I thought it was about time (even though I’m already at 25 or maybe back down to 22 – but hey, who’s counting?).

In this vlog (my first ever vlog!) I’ve chucked in a bunch of clips from day zero to now, so you can watch my progress from the beginning. Now that I’m vlogging the challenge, I’ll be trying to get more regular footage of my progress. What would you like to see next? I’m thinking of sharing a vlog on my training routine and what that looks like in my day. Thoughts?
